Excitement is growing for P2P2!

MORPCA announces Porsches to Pinckney 2, or P2P2, which is a low cost (motel and food only) relaxing social event comprised of Porsche enthusiasts from about 10 region clubs joining for a relaxing event in Pinckney Michigan, near Ann Arbor. The event is based upon making new acquaintances and renewing old ones all based upon our mutual love for Porsches. Last year, 89 cars participated officially while 116 attended the event. Plans for P2P2 are based upon our experiences from P2P. If you attended P2P, please invite one more car and passengers to this year's event. Our goal is 200 cars participating!

The P2P2 schedule is:

• Friday July 30: Early arrivals will meet on the quaint town square beginning at 3:00. Name tags and vehicle sheets will be available in the gazebo. Socialize and enjoy welcoming other cars as they arrive. Dinner is available at the Blue Martini, blues club -- casual upscale dining, great food great bar and live entertainment. • Saturday July 31: All activities will be on the square and will include a "Shine and Show." All in attendance are automatically entered, $5.00 "People's Choice ballots" with all proceeds going to the Pinckney Skate Park project. Various classes will be judged on a "people's choice" basis with awards for each class being presented Saturday evening at the Blue Martini. Also Saturday afternoon, a fun driving tour with some fun surprises. Finally a several mile driving parade of Porsches cars, which will we hope will be the longest moving lineup of Porsches ever in Michigan and maybe the US.
• Saturday evening: Dinner at the Blue Martini featuring a very special live Blues act who will rock the house as we enjoy great fellowship.
